There is no training, you have to learn your all by your self. Manager disrespects you. you have to buy your own office supplies. They want you to clean the office but you have to buy the cleaning supplies. This company do not show no appreciation to their employees at all. You can not work any over time. you have to use your personal phone to send messages to the techs and manager, they do not provide you a phone for that. This is an at will job and they do not roll over PTO. They have a huge turn over rate and now i see why. The techs have to pay or their own tolls. The place is not worth the pay because they allow disrespect from managers over any employee. When a manager makes a mistake they blame you. Also, when you have done the work they also take the credit for the work you did.
