Pros
- Exceptionally high bar for performance - some of the best operators in the recruitment industry work for JSS.
- Great leadership team that lead by doing not by delegating - this comes down from the very top, the owner of the business is very hands on and is emersed on the sales floor with all employees.
- Investment in technology has really helped improve data quality in the CRM and removed manual time intensive tasks from the recruiters so that they can focus more on strategic client relationships and business development.
- Really flexible, support remote and hybrid working. Salary and commission scheme is excellent.
Cons
The only area for improvement would be on the wider benefits packages offered but for a smaller company a basic benefits package is pretty standard
