Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that our training program didn’t feel as supportive you felt it should. We’re continually working to strengthen our training approach, and feedback like yours helps us understand where we can do better. We encourage current team members to connect with HR or their manager so we can listen more closely and make meaningful improvements together.

Pros

Everything. This is THE best company I've ever worked for, and I have been working there almost 2 years and still very happy there. They treat you like a person and are just amazing. Can't say enough good things about them!

Cons

Nothing comes to my mind.

Thanks so much for sharing this. It really made our day to hear that you feel treated like a real person here — that’s exactly the kind of environment we work hard to create. Everyone deserves to feel respected, supported, and valued, and it’s great to know that came through in your experience. We appreciate you being part of the team and wish you all the best in what’s ahead as we continue to grow together!

Pros

I loved it at first, nice people, friendly environment then the change happened. Somehow Julie, the COO started rearing her ugly head and comments everywhere, next thing we know re organization and people terminated, just because.

Cons

See above comment. There is really no pro about this company just cons.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. While we’re disappointed to hear that your experience changed over time, we take all feedback seriously and use it to strengthen our culture and operations. As a small but growing firm, we do periodically adjust our structure to meet client needs and ensure long‑term stability. These decisions are never made lightly, and they are based on business requirements—not personal preference. We understand that organizational changes can feel disruptive, and we strive to communicate transparently and respectfully throughout those transitions. We’re proud of the team-oriented environment we work hard to maintain, and we remain committed to fostering a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and able to grow. We also encourage open dialogue and welcome current and former employees to reach out directly if they’d like to discuss their experience in more detail. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
