- Good work environment, you really get the sense the owners care and will give you help when you ask for it. - Friendly co-workers - The company gives you a lot of independence while working on your own projects. If you do good work and your clients are happy they will give you tons of creative freedom on video projects. - Working here helped me develop the work ethic I needed to be successful. - Overtime & Bonus Pay, base compensation wasn't much which was understandable, but they have a few regular opportunities to earn overtime and bonus pay.
