Logistic Nightmare - Business Center Manager JW Logistics Employee Review

Upper management seemed to invested in putting money in their pockets. Advised only through phone calls and emails. I only saw my boss in person 3 times in 4 years! They just want you to fix the problem immediately. Little or no help is offered to accomplish that. Performance was based on customer service reviews. If you only got a few and some or all were bad the perceived conception was that the business center was not doing well.
