Culture could be toxic at times, mostly due to thin resources and staff being stretched too thin causing stress to some.

From my first interview till now I'm feeling that this company is a great place to work. Team is amazing, management at all levels thoughtful and helpful. I got a beautiful welcoming postcard in my post box in a few days I joined the company. It's not an easy to find a good company to work for but here in JXT I found: relaxed and productive atmosphere, open and honest communications, cooperation and support, sense of humor and flexibility. My manager is technically very knowledgeable and approachable as a person.

As company is growing the current office became a bit crowded.
