Pros
The only good thing about the job is I had the opportunity to work with a few amazing people.
Cons
Everything else about the job! Store manager was beyond useless. Policies and procedures never followed. Warehouse space was inappropriate for the amount of inventory required to meet sales quotas causing extremely heavy products to be placed high up on shelves without proper equipment or man power to move it. Health and Safety nightmare! Hours of work expected exceed 97 per pay period due to unpaid breaks. No additional hours worked paid back. Not enough hourly budget to cover employees required. This is only the tip of the the iceberg when it comes to working here. I could write a book about the problems I had to endure! My only advice is to stay as far away from this company as possible!
