      Pros

      The family feel of the business and closeness of working with your pairs was wonderful.

      Cons

      The buy-out from Jabil has changed the family structure and being known now its just a cog in the bigger machine, jobs, people, and performance less matter than the dollar at the end of the day.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
