Pros
If you are looking for a wide range of experience this company is great. They are very open to internal movement and cross training. There is very little micromanagement and management will defend the decisions made by their underlings. If you are good at your job and are willing to work hard and adapt, your job will be very secure and management will do whatever they have to do to keep you.
Cons
Lack of formal training. Most of the training you receive will be from shadowing other employees and their is no formal training for most positions. Very fast paced and things can change VERY quickly so if you cannot adapt on the fly you probably won't enjoy the job. Being a contract manufacturer the company structure changes as new customers come in and old customers leave so large layoffs followed by mass hirings are fairly common.
