      Well though out organizational structure/procedures on validating new injection molds

      Cons

      Merit increases are not always guaranteed no matter how profitable your facility is. In order to get more than the max percentage awarded you basically take percentages from your coworkers, which sucks because they could also be just as deserving.

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
