      Great work life and environment. Lot's of employee and family related activities. Can be long hours to adhere to the make it happen mentality.

      Cons

      Good ole boy network to get promoted. Most of the time need to leave or threaten to leave and come back for advancement.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
