Pros
Company makes a great effort to be transparent and communicative. Easy access to upper management if you'd like to have a conversation and an open door policy where you are able to have some say in your job placement so long as you communicate your desires well ahead of time. Company prioritizes recognizing that you are a human as opposed to just a number.
Cons
The pay could be higher considering the cost of living in Montana has risen tremendously in the last few years. Average home price in Western Montana in 2018 (4 years ago) was $290K. Current average home price is $599K. $10-15K more per position would allow employees to be caught up with inflation and would help with retainage. Additionally - the hiring process needs work and I have heard several people say they thought they had a good interview but were left waiting in the wind for a response.
