Pros
The work environment is very friendly and professional with some constructive challenges from time to time. They do their best to equip you with all the tools needed to be successful. Before covid, the company would have outings to baseball games and holiday parties. It was also great to get to work on high-end, magazine worthy jobs
Cons
As an in house carpenter my schedule was on always on the fly, I often didn't know where I was going until the morning of. The project managers I worked under had a very demanding workload and many were not cut out for the position. I saw a high turnover rate.
