We take feedback about management and communication seriously. As a hybrid, remote-first team operating in a fast-paced staffing environment, real-time communication, to include calls and messages from leadership and teammates, is a core part of how we stay aligned and responsive. In a remote setting that accessibility stands in for the in-person availability we'd have in an office, and it's especially important during the high-volume high-priority projects that our contract roles are specifically brought in to support.
Our team runs on real-time communication during business hours. Calls, messages, and quick check-ins are just how we work, especially during our busiest projects. Contractors are expected to plug into that rhythm, and we're clear about that from the start. It's not the right fit for everyone and that's okay but it's how we operate and it's what lets us deliver for our clients and clinicians.
