Pros
I love most of my coworkers and the fact that I WFH. The pay is good for the area. The benefits are decent, the improved since last year. They offer 401(k) with match and employee stock options. PRO is generous and they pay for a STD benefit and offer a buy up plan to supplement that benefit. Plenty of opportunities to travel and work abroad.
Cons
They don’t deposit the 401(k) match into your account until the end of the calendar year. The STD benefit is at their discretion and they won’t pay out the full amount if they choose not to. HR is a ticket system based on Krakow. Poor performers stay on because bosses are too busy to deal with them.
