Free food in the pantry for everyone. And sometimes, we have a pizza party, donuts party and cake party. JP ninjas love food. Also very relaxed work place in terms of dress code. You can come in t-shirts, sneakers, gym clothes even. But of course, you need to think how you will look in the midst of all this corporate attired people in Emaar Square.
Flexible timings for almost everyone and unlimited leave has been implemented.
The company is trying hard to make it's staff happy and the investors very happy.

Zero employee training for growth in career, no interest from management to nurture the talent they have hired. No interest in managers to let the employees they manage to grow into another role that may be a better fit or to groom for a promotion.
No clear goals for the team as a whole. No clear cut company mission to be passionate about.
Salary not on par with market rates in UAE. Really tight on salaries.
