The comapny is toxic as hell, the owner specially is insane. The amount of toxicity he spreads in the company is too much and then he blames everyone for spreading toxicity while he is the root cause. Do not join this company. They will hire you, extract all the ideas and then fire you. Management has even slapped an employee and still got away with it. These people are worst of the worse an employee nightmare. If you work for the founder you will be fired in max 3-6 months. 1-2 kids of his are still fine to work with but the founder is as toxic as they come. He enjoys playing with careers. Mostly all the management has cases on them and they just act like nothing is happening. DO NOT JOIN THIS PLACE!!!
