      Pros

      Working at Jama means working around awesome employees all day and having fun, while working hard. ..work hard, play hard. Since I have started there have been significant efforts put forth to better the management and the company as a whole is trending in a great direction. Everything from the color of the walls to the array of comfortable couches and chairs makes this place an awesome environment to be in all day while working. Highly reccomend

      Parking downtown...besides that no cons

      - Great people and strong collaboration across departments - Attentive and supportive onboarding experience - Encouraging environment for new ideas - Supportive and responsive People team - Diverse customers with interesting, meaningful challenges to solve - Great product that is staying current with new technologies - Strong support for remote work

      - Fully remote environment requires strong work habits and discipline - Need to be proactive to stay connected when working remotely

      Pros

      Peers are a true pleasure to work with and it's easy to cross-collaborate.

      Cons

      Leadership is all-in on AI and confident that they will be the exception to the second wave of regret you see other SaaS companies who adopted earlier expressing. Leadership is demanding faster output and criticizing and eliminating any old guard who flag concerns around the approach.
