There are no pros apart from the lads you work with on the shop floor are spot on
Cons
To many cons with this company to mention. Long hours forced to do compulsory overtime up to 56 hours a week. Bonus which is nearly impossible to do . Putting targets up every year which for most is unachievable unless you work about an hour a day with out pay to hit targets . Management is corrupt .Bullying and intimidation from management and supervisors happens to a lot of people on a daily basis . Absolutely no scope for progression in your job as it’s all given to family and friends. Health and safety is none existent please take my word on this I’ve seen a lot of very near misses of serious injury. The office staff , management and especially the owners are so ignorant to people on the shop floor . You can walk past the owners on the corridors etc and they don’t even say hello smile or even look at you there horrible people. Anyway take what you want from my comments I was there 25 years and that’s just a few things of the top of my head . If you get a job as a picker etc on the shop floor and you don’t know any management etc they will have you over and mess with your head and dismiss you for the smallest thing. All in all one if not the worst warehouse jobs in Preston.
