The executive team is both driven to succeed and also nice, normal people who care about the well-being of their employees. The value that our client services team, including our facilitators, delivers to our clients is measurably excellent.
Cons
The sales training industry sometimes moves at light-speed, and things can feel overwhelming at times. However, I ALWAYS feel supported by my colleagues and the leadership team here at Janek. It can be hard to feel connected in an almost-completely remote organization. Janek's executive team helps mitigate this with in-person all-company kickoff events that I feel helped me and my colleagues make the transition from coworkers to friends.
