nice facilities in Zug, great canteen, nice colleagues, great products, part of one of the largest healthcare conglomerates
Cons
I had to learn that projects with an internal focus are almost always seen as more important than customer focused activities, management is totally out of touch. Career development does not exist (at least not on the lower levels). Turnover rates for employees are quite high, whereas only really high-potentials jump ship to competitors, due to lack of internal possibilities.
