Pros
Weekly payout is good. You’ll learn a lot because you have to be self-sufficient. Movement is fast—though that might just be because people are constantly coming in and out.
Cons
Management, especially the owner, often can’t make up his mind on strategies or the direction of the business. Gives one set of instructions, then expects something different. Requests tasks but then completely forgets about them, which creates confusion. For no reason, payouts may be changed without explanation.
