The Staff were lovely and some very good carers

Short staffed consistently, bullying manager , unskilled staff that don’t speak proper English, low level of skill and morale in general . Evil Management placing blame on the lower level employee for their own mismanagement. Poor communication channels or no opportunity to voice concerns . Dangerous work environment with faulty and old equipment unchecked due to poor staffing . Management never leaving office - absolutely no transparency on the managements behalf- some of the residents had never even met their “ new “ manager after she had been employed for nearly a year and she had no face to face contact with staff

Some of the staff were genuinely caring souls not just in it for money . Made some great friendships

Found Management bullying and Human Resources a nasty bunch Short staffed constantly and company expected you to carry the extra workload Equipment not updated or maintained so often not working resulting in Unsafe equipment to use -putting self and resident at risk Lack of care for the foot soldiers Manager anonymity
