Cons
There are a lot of bad business practices that go in this business. Servers do not get minimum wage if they do not make enough in tips, training is unpaid and unorganized, employees are expected to work hours longer than they are assigned, work is unevenly assigned, management is constantly disorganized and refuses to directly deal with customers. Checks from this restaurant bounce, servers get 10% reduced from their tips, even getting checks from the manager is a hassle.
