Company Policies change as much as the wind over and over. Zero structure within the company. Zero health and retirement benefits. Vacation time is very limited as well as sick time. Work/Life balance is non-existent with this company. Employees are poorly treated when it comes to mental stress due to the unorganized chaos!

There were no Pros honestly.

--Charging astronomical prices for services that could be rendered for a fifth of the price charges --Told to lie to customers to sell them on products and services they don't need --expected to work 6 days a week 60 hours bare minimum --No benefits (the "extra" pay and bonuses were supposed to cover this) --Was told to use my sick and vacation time, but was berated upon doing so. --Expected to not have a life outside of work.
