      Pros

      Great benefits. Interesting events and shows but you are not allowed to enter them without purchasing tickets.

      Cons

      Salaries are not up to par with other establishments in the area. The change in directors and upper management have made functions worse. Salaries havent changed much in 10 years besides cost of living adjustments. The work moral is so low as staff is under appreciated and are expected to go above and beyond their job titles.

      Pros

      Barely any pros. They work you like a slave. And you have to work hard for more hours. Good if you're young just coming out of highschool, but that's about it. The shows and events are great though.

      Cons

      Rude employees. Supervisors overwork you. Dead end job. Easy to catch flu or a virus. Working there is not for the weak.
