      Company has decent working culture. Good place to work and learn. Will give you adequate time to learn and perform. HR policies are some what good. Getting timely salary and travel related advances.

      Cons

      Alot of politics is created while you work. No growth year on year. Nothing to explore its just the repetitive work. No job security, They are hire and fire like it means nothing to them. You need to be very alert for the same.

      Senior are supportive Excellent R&D Team Innovative ideas are welcomed. Efforts are appreciated.

      Cons

      Salary is quite less but if given proper efforts, appraisals are quite great. (Hardly anything.)
