Good products, good value, good benefits, office in a good standard

No cons that I can think of

Leaving the company is the only pro

Employees are treated like trash. High turn over of staff. No health and safety or fire measures. No clear management structure. No HR to raise issues. Recycled stock is sold as new. Employees jobs are advertised while you work there then they replace you. I personally saw this happen with 4 different employees. You are expected to do at least 5 different jobs on top of your own. No career progression and always promised your own team or a bonus if unrealistic targets are met.
