Pros
I've been with the company a little over 30 days and I can't get over how much I feel like I am at home. Everyone has been welcoming. I feel like morale couldn't get higher. I also like that we don't budge on price. Our integrity and our name is everything. I wouldn't want to work for any other homebuilder in this city. It was very interesting. The day I signed the offer, there was a sales meeting going on and I got to meet not only the sales team, but Jay Westman. It was amazing. I come from other home builders and never had a one on one interaction with other owners.
Cons
You hear that this is a work hard only kind of company and that it doesn't matter about the overtime we put in but I haven't felt that way yet. I have a great manager and even though it's been a short amount of time, I feel like they care about me.
