No onboarding so expectations is quite low. They keep under performers and then the hard workers over work themselves to compensate for those that can't do their job even after months of being in the role. No line managers, no performance reviews, they appoint temporary accountants to manage the team but they can't promote you (even after 2 years). Talented people leave due to under recognition and compensation and the underperforming ones stay unfortunately. Tech stack is also disappointing, they try to customise everything so DevOps is overworked and everything is manual, no cool tools or anything to work with. Everything is super manual and they don't have any budget for automated tools.
