Bad culture got fired for not fitting in - IT Support Specialist Jencap Group Employee Review

Culture is off. First red flag was when they said we're a family here. Does family fire you after 5 months for not fitting in. Second red flag was the cursing and cussing in the IT dept. Its not a professional setting. It tech is out of date. I couldn't even get supplies to do my job. They added asset control to my job after I was hired. That was not in the job description and I didn't apply to do inventory. If you question things it goes straight to the top. Leaving you shocked that it got there. More of a boys club.
