Pros

I made some life long friends.

Cons

Jenne is a very toxic work environment. Members of management walk around the building with their heads down and do not even acknowledge the staff. Managers "manage" their friends and do not hold them to the same standards of the other team members, allowing them to be late, attempt to sneak out early even though it is very noticed by their fellow co-workers, take two hour lunches, and disrespect other members of the team. The company benefits are very expensive for the coverage received, but they will say "hey you get that free gym membership and the ERC coach!" Thanks, but I think most people can afford $10 at Planet Fitness and use the blood pressure machine at any store for free. 10 PTO days is not enough for most people, the bonus structure is not attainable, and goals are not presented to members of the sales team until the last month of the quarter. HR is not helpful and complaints go ignored. I could go on and on, but why? They will not change their outdated and unethical ways.

Jenne Distributors Response

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review after nine years with the company. It is difficult to reconcile the extremely negative picture painted here with the fact that you chose to remain with us for nearly a decade. Most people do not stay that long in a workplace they genuinely consider “awful” in every dimension, culture, pay, management, people, and HR. A nine-year tenure typically reflects at least some periods of satisfaction, growth, stability, or opportunity that outweighed the frustrations at the time. While we’re sorry your final impression was so poor, the broader feedback we receive from the majority of current team members and other long-tenured employees continues to be significantly more positive across the areas you’ve highlighted. We will, as always, treat your comments as one data point among many and keep working to ensure the employee experience remains strong for everyone. We wish you the very best moving forward.
