Worst college ever! Beware! - Research Assistant Professor Jeppiaar Employee Review

If you go for an interview and they will make you wait for 4+hours in a room. Does not respect our timings. Infrastructure is so bad. And no maintenance. Seminar halls are filled with trash on the floor and the campus is not maintained at all. Not a single plant. Just looks like a desert. They hire people who have only completed M.Sc or those you haven't even completed Ph.D.; while they reject PhD graduates with good experience. Some teachers just teach in Tamil. What about students from other states? Don't they have rights to learn the subject too. Since they paid the same fees and it's supposed to be an English medium college
