Fellow employees and some of the customers…(but not many).

Owner, HR, culture, entitlement of both customers and longer-term employees, owner is fake. Negative and fearful work environment. Stop hiring your friends and maybe things would be better. Don’t be so obvious about preferring pretty, straight women.
