      Pros

      Cool Shirts Great work environment Nice people You are always aware of what higher management is doing Working with cutting-edge technology

      Cons

      LOTS OF OVERTIME Higher management doesn't seem to care that you have a life or family outside of Jet. Slowly but surely they made us go from 40 hours a week to 60+ Hot warehouses They say that they pay for some of your health insurance. They do but only dental and vision. Only way to get promoted seems to be to suck up to higher management. Not really performance based promotion.

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
