I agree that we have supportive peers and everyone here is friendly. We never want someone to feel micromanaged. Our goal is to empower and trust people to fulfill their day to day work without micromanaging. Each leader and team will differ in the amount of autonomy they give to each employee. As such, it is important to calibrate with your leader to help him/her understand how you are feeling.
