Pros

The only pro now is the perks they offer. They throw money at different perks to prove they 'care' when they really don't.

Cons

No accountability. Can you get to work on time? Are you able to be reasonably nice to people on the phone? Then you will probably last a while. Supervisors have unlimited PTO and no one in management seems to pay attention to or care who is abusing it. As long as the team stats look good on paper they don't care what you're doing. Team Leads don't have anything to define what they're supposed to do. There's no consistency. Answer questions and take escalated calls. Oh and the only way you are judged on your job is how someone 'perceives' you're doing it. If other team leads are up and walking around no one says anything. Let's not forget the fact that if you're working a night shift (especially if you are flexible enough to do so in leadership) you're pretty much expected to stay with it until you either leave or go to another department. They don't believe in shift bids, and even when they tried, they were accommodating to the ones who work days and the people on nights were still stuck with it. Some managers may care, but their is no more evidence of this in the way the business is being run. Because no one is being held accountable, the good employees do the bare minimum because the bad employees who are skating by are not being held accountable.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback for us and hopefully you know we have many open forums for this in the office as well. It sounds like you have some concerns that I am confident we can address. I agree with holding everyone accountable in their roles and we want to make sure that is occurring at Jet. Being new to the role, I am currently conducting focus groups with every team within Jet to gather a list of current strengths and opportunities we need to address. That feedback is critical and a key piece of our overall business plan. I encourage you to come speak or email me directly to address your concerns. Howard S., - Director of Member Services

Pros

The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

Cons

the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
