Teamwork and work-life balance, but constant customer complaints - Distributor Jeunesse Employee Review

Wonderful people and great work culture!

Wish I was able to go to college and work from home with them

I enjoyed working at Jeunesse, great atmosphere, great culture, amazing people!

A lot of Money was invested in providing for the Distributors of the company. This was in a number of different ways ie: Commissions, Expo Events in their honor, Several trips throughout the year crusies/excursions/ etc but it would have been nice to see some of that applied toward the employees who worked hard not only to support the Distributors but to also support the organization as a whole regardless of dept or role ie: Human Resources, Accounting, Customer Service etc... The Distributors were not the only ones who contributed to the success of the company but were primarily the only ones who were recognized or incentivized. - Need more opportunities for advancement in all areas
