We have managers who have an Open Door policy. They’re never too busy to answer questions or offer guidance. You’re never made to feel like you’re interrupting and they move quickly to find a solution. We have several Teams within the company and each member of those Teams is enthusiastic and helpful with all other Teams. We are all of the same mindset to make our customers happy and our employees successful. I really feel like part of a big family who cares about each other. If someone is out sick or not feeling well, we all pitch in to pick up the slack. Truly a Team spirit! Great benefits and 401K! Right now, the noise from construction while the building is being renovated! (Our new desk and work areas are beautiful!) A little short staffed as we continue to grow as a company.
