Pros

There is nothing positive to say about this Co. People are treated like slaves.

Cons

Pathetic company policies, Work Culture, Unhealthy environment . The worst thing is that employees are not given any employment document like offer letter or appointment letter or employee contract. and expect the candidate's to join and perform with 100% dedication. Company policies are always in favour to the company. Top Management is very unfair to the employees. Bad management practices deflate employee morale, cause stress & work environment. Don't join this company.

As Maya Angelou said, “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.” We’re working on the “know better” part every day. We’re proud of JiBe’s rapid growth, powered by our talented teams across the board. As we scale, we’re focused on enhancing leadership quality, reinforcing open communication, and evolving company policies to be clear, fair, and forward-thinking. We’d like to clarify that we do provide standard employment documentation and have formalized HR processes to ensure transparency and compliance. While we don’t recognize some of the specific claims raised, we certainly don’t take concerns lightly. As for culture—yes, we’ve heard the “pirate ship” jokes 😄—but truthfully, we’re investing heavily in building a respectful, feedback-driven, high-accountability environment. Not perfect, but definitely better than yesterday. Employee wellbeing and safety remain top priorities, and we continue to refine how we work based on both internal feedback and industry best practices. We respectfully disagree with several of the points mentioned, but we do thank you for your time at JiBe and wish you success and a more positive journey ahead.

Pros

Office location being remote was convenient. Some team members were collaborative on a personal level.

Cons

Product releases are consistently delayed, often by up to one year, leading to client dissatisfaction and lost business. The company has lost multiple clients due to lack of proper solutions and missed deadlines. Management frequently engages in conflicts with clients, sometimes terminating client relationships abruptly. Employee monitoring software (Teramind) is used in a way that feels intrusive to many staff members. Staff have been terminated without prior notice or proper severance. There have been instances where salaries were reduced or withheld, and bonuses were not paid as promised. For the Bonuses they call it as a bonus, although they deduct 10% of the employees' monthly salary and pay at the end of the year which can be deducted anytime and there are some cases where they delay by 8 to 9 months and then release the amount. Internal leadership teams frequently argue with each other, creating a hostile work environment.
