Thanks for the “Awsome” shoutout—we’ll overlook the typo because we know it was typed in a rush of excitement. 😊 At JiBe, we strive to maintain a high-performance culture where ethics, effort, and outcomes go hand in hand. As for compensation—it’s always evolving, and it’s linked closely to contribution and ownership. We’re committed to rewarding those who go above and beyond, and we continuously benchmark our policies to stay competitive. As Oprah Winfrey put it, “You get in life what you have the courage to ask for.” We’d add: and the consistency to work for. Thanks for being part of the JiBe journey—let’s keep growing, together.

Pros

Office location being remote was convenient. Some team members were collaborative on a personal level.

Cons

Product releases are consistently delayed, often by up to one year, leading to client dissatisfaction and lost business. The company has lost multiple clients due to lack of proper solutions and missed deadlines. Management frequently engages in conflicts with clients, sometimes terminating client relationships abruptly. Employee monitoring software (Teramind) is used in a way that feels intrusive to many staff members. Staff have been terminated without prior notice or proper severance. There have been instances where salaries were reduced or withheld, and bonuses were not paid as promised. For the Bonuses they call it as a bonus, although they deduct 10% of the employees' monthly salary and pay at the end of the year which can be deducted anytime and there are some cases where they delay by 8 to 9 months and then release the amount. Internal leadership teams frequently argue with each other, creating a hostile work environment.
