      Pros

      good team and friendly people business class travel to china great learning opportunity, very high technical level product is well made, good factory base

      Cons

      work overload is absurd, long long hours the team is always on a deadline and under pressure not enough office space, no cafeteria or break room no creative freedom

      Wonderful design community who really care about eachother!

      Cons

      Since being bought by another larger corporation, the internal values changes and ALL became focussed on the bottom line. Whereas prior, it was all about the people and a very family oriented family business.
