Pros

This is a very rare opportunity to be part of a organization that you can make an immediate difference both in culture development and business optimization.. Although Jindal Films has been established for several years, the company is very much in start up mode, --- Entrepreneurs will thrive in this type of environment, professionals who want a challenge will be rewarded with immediate opportunity.... Decisions are made quickly, enabling your ideas to be implemented without layers and layers of management ... and the product is world class and a leader in the market place with high demand , -- with fortune 100 customers, ( Pepsi CO, Unilever, Hershey etc)

Cons

You will be challenged daily with complex problems , .. you will need to help build a team of other like minded professionals,.... your going to need a strong constitution , change is messy, and sometimes ugly, so you have to be okay with some failure but quickly rebound to try again, ---

Company takes advantage of its employees, actively looks for ways to screw its people to avoid paying salary.
