Pros
These are the ones I have found great in my experience:
- I got the job with minimum to no experience in coding, and I have now learned a lot of things while working on projects
- Methodology is different, you feel it from the job application and throughout the process, once in, you also notice they work different and have a good way to do things and give you tasks based on your skills
- Work environment is great! One of the best I've been into, people is friendly and have the same cool and helpful vibe
- You get to work from home and balance your work and family/friends life
- Payment in USD and on time
- You get bonuses if the company reaches its goals, making you feel part of it (this is for internal positions)
- You get to know other cultures as there are people from different countries, I have found new music from other countries thanks to this
- The company is always looking for new things like benefits, or ways to make you feel good with what you do and how you feel in the company
I literally came here a little anxious because I left my previous job having 6+ years working there, but definitely was the best decision I could take
Cons
I have not found something to complain about in the 7 months I have working here
