      -Friendly Culture -Learning at its finest. -Clear career growth and path. -Manager are very humble.

      -I don't know if this is a "con' but even if it's a weekend, sometimes I do feel that I want to go to work :)

      Just the office amenities and location

      Cons

      Everything starting from management: inconsistent and ever changing kpis, prioritizing positive framing and self branding over actual "bad" results, overcommitting and in turn micromanaging without actually thinking of solutions, and lastly, the politics keeping an underperforming and incompetent leader still employed
