      - High Salary - Work life balance - Benefits are plenty - Awesome Coworkers - Inclusive and diverse people

      Cons

      - Might be personal cons in my opinion, very little/slow career growth. It’s a mature company with an already proven business. So your day to day job as a Software Engineer might be a bit dull doing mundane task to support business growth. If you’re the kind of person who likes building new, exciting stuff. Then this might not be for you.

      Just the office amenities and location

      Cons

      Everything starting from management: inconsistent and ever changing kpis, prioritizing positive framing and self branding over actual "bad" results, overcommitting and in turn micromanaging without actually thinking of solutions, and lastly, the politics keeping an underperforming and incompetent leader still employed
