Great company to work for and super nice collegues!

People have been here very long and it is sometimes hard to update a process.

There are a lot of hard working people with nice personalities. The working environment is non-toxic.

Few toxic people come in to stir the pot for everyone with their toxicity to play their political games. Plus, some of the high managements have been there almost 20 years, and they are incompetent in seeing who are worthy employee and they make you do a lot of work for nothing and they don't deal with the consequences ever. It's like they are sacred figures in the company. Therefore, they are all about cashing their checks, not properly managing the strategy for the group.
