      Good Legacy with a good retirement plan

      The entire company culture has drastically deteriorated — there’s no sense of job security anymore. It feels like they’re cutting costs just to boost profits after a series of bad decisions that hurt the farmers.

      The office classic of not enough work or too much. Constant shift of using something to it going away and needing to use something new.
