The management are atrocious. Most are not qualified to do the job they are in. They do not encourage the staff. There is an attitude of "do as I say and not as I do". Micro managing and do not trust staff. Continue undermining and have witness some extremely rude managers talking to staff members, often openly in front of other staff. No forward thinking. Senior management are aware of issues but do nothing to resolve them. Not a forward thinking company in terms of employee/employer relationships. Very outdated processes and have not kept up with the times. Staff need to clock in and out to this very day.
