Pros

None, none, none, none & none (5 characters)

Cons

I don't understand who is writing these reviews. (Yes I do) No one prior to 2015 has left this job happy. A couple girls who needed this job on their resumes left with different pretenses but it was because of the constant insanity, anxiety & stress. That office had more turn around than McDonald's. 99 % of employees leave due to some form of abuse, either the recipient or the co-worker who is forced to watch or listen. So whoever this person is who want to be a witness in court has to know there are between 12+ employees that would love to tell their stories.

Pros

This is a great place to work. Everyone is upbeat and positive, and also has a great work ethic. Management manages workloads to make sure that no one is stressed out when things get busy. The owner and management actually care about employees. That's something you don't really see that much. The office is great too! Tons of space and modern.

Cons

No cons that are deal-breakers. It would be nice to have a larger lunchroom for our group lunches, and I think that is already happening.

Pros

The owner is very family-oriented and really cares about making family a priority. He will bend over backwards to accommodate his employees' needs. Work was busy and fast-paced, but low-stress. The owner tried very hard to make everyone happy and encouraged many of us to continue our educations. (I, for one, was one of those employees.) The office manager was stern when she had to be to get the job done, but very kind. She really knew how to work and would always deliver.

Cons

I've bit my tongue for a long time, but seeing the same people post negative things over and over again is unfair. When I worked here, there was a very small group of women who acted like they were in high school. They were just mean. They're the same women who keep posting on here, and I would guess that they are reposting by using multiple email addresses. The problem with them was that none of them really "needed" the job. They treated it like a way to socialize and act like children. If you've ever seen the "Real Housewives" series, you'd understand what they were like. Non-stop drama. Once the owner became aware of what was going on, he got rid of them. It's too bad they haven't moved on or grown up. From what I've heard, they've done the same thing at the places they've gone to work since.
